If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it enters production. To cancel an order:

• Contact us immediately via email or phone
• Provide your order number and cancellation request
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement for standard orders
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy

If your order has already been shipped, you may return it according to our Return Policy terms.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us using the information on our contact page within 14 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
4. Package the items securely in their original packaging
5. Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions
6. Include the return authorization number with your shipment

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Custom-made handmade cards and printed materials (unless there is a defect or error on our part)
• Personalized items that have been customized with specific names, dates, or designs
• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
• Items returned after the 14-day return period

Please review your order carefully before finalizing, especially for custom items.
